  • Chris Moore: Managing Director

    Chris is an educator, business leader, and advocate for inclusive education with over 15 years of experience. As Managing Director of Bright Future Training Limited, he combines expertise in business, teaching, and neurodiversity to deliver impactful training programmes for schools, workplaces, and clubs.

    Chris’s career spans roles in marketing, including leadership positions with high-end brands, before transitioning to education through a PGCE in Primary Education. He has held senior teaching roles, led curriculum development in subjects like Maths and PE, and contributed to national education initiatives.

    As the parent of neurodiverse children, Chris is passionate about improving support for ADHD, dyslexia, and autism in classrooms. He advocates for practical neurodiversity training and inclusive teaching strategies.

    Through his tutoring company and Bright Future Training, Chris fosters environments where all learners can thrive, leaving a lasting legacy of empowerment and educational excellence.

  • Nicola Walters: Curriculum Director

    Nicola Walters is a passionate educator with 23 years of experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2. For her, teaching is a privilege, and she is dedicated to shaping young minds and making education accessible to all.

    After completing her GCSEs and A-Levels at Streetly School, Nicola earned a BA in Education from Wolverhampton University. Her personal and professional experiences with neurodiversity, including raising a son with autism and ADHD, have shaped her commitment to inclusive education. She has pursued advanced training, including an ASD specialist course at Derby University, and extensive self-guided research.

    Currently, Nicola offers private tuition, specialising in 11-plus preparation and SEN support. She helps families navigate educational challenges, securing diagnoses and support systems.

    Nicola’s mission is to ensure every child receives the education they deserve, fostering inclusion and advocating for children with additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.

  • Abbie Booth: Content Director

    Abbie is a dedicated educator and advocate for inclusion with extensive qualifications, including a Master’s in Forensic Psychology specialising in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Starting her career as a Nursery Nurse, she progressed to supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as a Learning Support Practitioner and later as a Keyworker in Alternative Provision, working with vulnerable groups and at-risk youth.

    Her role at Coventry University as a Lead Practitioner and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead further enhanced her expertise, managing safeguarding for over 38,000 students and establishing a pioneering coaching department.

    As a parent of a neurodivergent daughter, Abbie’s personal experience fuels her passion for advocating for neurodiversity and ensuring equity in education. Now Director of Bright Future Training Limited, she leverages her expertise to promote inclusive practices, driven by her belief in lifelong learning and every individual’s right to reach their full potential.
